About Gaidra

Gaidra Joseph is a native Houstonian who knows her city well. She attended Lamar High School and Prairie A&M University, where she received her BBA in finance and, most recently, her MS in finance from Purdue University.

Gaidra started her real estate career in 2021, shortly after retiring from a 25-year career in the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. As a finance and logistics officer, Gaidra worked tirelessly, whether it was to make sure Soldiers’ financial operations were above par or supplies and equipment were delivered at the right place and on time – while serving at home and overseas. Her success in these roles made for a seamless transition to real estate, where she brings her keen ability to connect and serve, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills to the forefront.

Throughout her career, Gaidra has always been trustworthy and passionate about helping people achieve their goals. Her fulfillment from assisting clients through one of their life's most critical investment decisions motivates her to go above and beyond. Outside of real estate, you might find Gaidra out and about jogging with her USA Fit Fort Bend Running Club throughout the Sugar Land and Missouri City areas. She also loves to play card games such as pitty-pat and Spades, read suspense novels, and spend quality time with friends and family. More importantly, she’s grateful to be settled back in her native home of Houston, Texas. Where her new call of duty is now serving her real estate clientele.
